4. Uploading your listing onto www.Realtor.ca
5. Provide you with tips on how to show your home like a model.
6. Installation and use of Our For Sale sign.
7. Use of a Lock Box (so other Realtors can show your home to prospective buyers)
8. Book showings of your property through our fully staffed office
9. Co-ordination and delivery of paper work to Lawyers.
10. A $995 Credit should you upgrade to any other program
11. Basic Feature Sheet package.
12. Assistance with questions throughout the listing.
13. Professional Qualtiy Photos of Property
14. The ability to do your OWN OPEN HOUSES
